    • Position: Ontario managing partner of Deloitte (external auditors).

    • Role: Not involved in Duffy audit. RCMP court filings allege Runia was approached by Sen. Irving Gerstein to see if Deloitte would be changing the audit of Mike Duffy if repayment was made. Deloitte was tasked with determining residency but Duffy was uncooperative, the audit was unable to make a determination.

  • Gary Timm

    • Position: Partner, Deloitte.

    • Role: Worked on the audit of Mike Duffy‘s living expense claims.

    • Position: Partner, Deloitte.
